We offer exchanges only, you must have proof of purchase with the items in resellable condition*, and must return the item(s) within 24 hours of purchase.
*Resellable condition constitutes:
-Un-used and/or un-opened items.
-Tags attached when applicable (non-food items).
-Complete original packaging must be present and completely clean, free of dirt, debris, hair, stains and/or odors of any sort.
-Packaging must be in non-torn/non-ripped condition.
-Item (itself) must be completely clean, free of dirt, debris, hair, stains and/or odors of any sort.
For health and safety concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges on:
Beds, Carriers, Crates, Clothes or Topical Flea treatments.
