Beastie Bands brand cat/kitten collars are the most soft and comfortable collars ever! They are made of a soft and stretchy material that can be cut to fit most any size neck up to approximately 12" around. They stretch along their entire length so are safe, but there's no need for a uncomfortable breakaway buckle. They close with a 2" strip of strong velcro. A metal grommet hole for tag placement is located next to the velcro closure.
